Riddick Push Ups Workout! This is the perfect at home push up circuit kids! Part of our BuzzChomp fitness vlog.

 

The workout is 5 different types of push ups. The best part about it is that it is low reps which means that you can do it slow and really work on these push ups. They are not just regular old push ups but you do a set of regular push ups.

I found the spiderman push ups to be hard! They are great though. We did spiderman push ups for another tutorial and we actually did them differently. This way to do them is to bring one knee to your elbow while you push up. This is DEFINITELY intense but we loved it!

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

Some of you might be intimidated by the clap push up but don’t be. Just try and do it. It is actually easier than you think it is! Those are super fun to me because you get a little lift and it’s fun to try and clap.

This is another darabee workout so it’s three, five, or seven times through. I would say try for 5 times through! This will make you feel so great! Now even though it’s low reps of exercises you will definitely feel this tomorrow.

I loved the Riddick push up workout. It’s definitely one that I will be adding into my weekly workouts. If you’re in a cold weather climate or going to one in a week and a half like us this is a great circuit to do! You will feel the burn!
