Power 9 Workout | Intermediate Home Circuit | BuzzChomp Fitness

Power 9 workout is 6 exercises that you do 3 times. It’s a great intermediate home circuit. It’s part of our BuzzChomp Fitness video series.

 
I love workouts like this because it’s another one that you can do anywhere and anytime. All of these are simple exercises. Everyone can do push ups, sit ups, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, and a wall sit. There is no reason for you not to get up and do this workout!

Body weight exercises are great. They are great to really work yourself and get yourself strong. They are also a really good way to get you comfortable working out.

The best thing about the Power 9 workout is that you repeat it three times. The first time you do this it’s invigorating and then it gets confronting to do it multiple times. You might be tempted to just do it once or twice but really push to do it three times. That’s how you’ll see the benefits of these workouts.

No matter where you are at in your Fitness journey there is no reason why you can’t get up and do this workout. I’m all about no excuses this year when it comes to working out. You’ll definitely see a ton of benefits with this quick workout and it the power 9 workout will get you craving to do longer intense workout.
