One Day weight training is pretty damn sweet. This is an upper body workout, doing one large set of reps to failure for each muscle group. Its cardio lifting, as you do as many reps as possible, then lower the weight and keep it going until you can’t do anymore. Weight training in action!
Chest, biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, and core. Work your entire upper body in one badass workout. Keep your pace up and you’ll be sweating. Use dumbbells or machines and make sure your starting weight allows for at least 12 reps. Then bust through this weight training workout. Aww yeah.
