Witness the true death of a legend. It was a duel of destiny between Anakin Skywalke and Obi-Wan Kenobi, with Darth Vader facing his true death. Of course the body remains and the Emperor is in control, but Obi-Wan remains the master. Reva flip flopped from light to dark to light again, hunting Luke Skywalker, only to spare him. The best thing I can say about Obi-Wan Kenobi season 1 is that they made a bad ass show about Darth Vader, yet avoided another villain hero by making it Obi-Wan’s show. Little Leia forever. Can we get her a Star Wars spinoff?

Taking place ten years after Star Wars Episode 3 is cool. Filling in the gaps to Obi-Wan Kenobi’s story is also cool, along with a pretty bad ass young Princess Leia. It’s too bad we already watched a loner come out of exile to save a child and return him home. Fortunately this is Star Wars, where recycling old plots is the expectation and the lightsaber battles make everything okay!
