Motivational Monday Fitness edition. Excuses don’t burn calories kids.

I’ve realized in my own life when I’m focused on my fitness and working toward my goals the rest of my life just falls in sync. Working toward my fitness goals keeps me focused on my other goals in life. It’s because I feel better about myself.

I get that motivated yourself to get fit is hard. Remind yourself daily that excuses doesn’t burn calories. If you don’t get out there and work for it then you’ll never reach your fitness goals.

There are mornings I want to sleep him but I remind myself how great I feel after working out. I don’t make excuses for myself. I own my decision. If I decide not to run or workout I own that too. I don’t feel guilty. I just move on to the next day.

Stay focused on you because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong!
