Motivational Monday: Making Time for Fitness | BuzzChomp Vlog

It’s Motivational Monday. The last Monday of the year. It’s not about having the time but making the time kids! Making time for Fitness Motivation! Start the new year with a bang. Make the time!

Making time is something that we do for so many things and we definitely should do it for our fitness. So many of us don’t though and really the only person that hurts is you. Being able to start and maintain a fitness regimen only benefits you BUT it’s truly the only thing you should do for yourself daily.

I keep stressing this because I truly believing that taking care of yourself body and mind is so important! I do this daily and at this point in my life I do it without even thinking about it. I crave my fitness time and I always make the time for it. Even if I can’t get out for a run I always have other workouts that I do!

Make this fitness motivation mantra yours in 2017! It’s not about having the time but it’s about making the time kids! It’s making time for fitness!

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about, starting your week off strong!
