Log Off, Workout: Fitness Motivation | BuzzChomp Vlog

It’s time to Log Off and go workout kids! This is our fitness motivation our Buzzchomp vlog.

I love being connected. It’s amazing but I always enjoy de-connecting. The perfect way to do this is to go workout. Even if you only have thirty minutes you will feel amazing after getting that workout in.

Embracing logging off will truly help you to have an awesome workout. I’ve seen people stop in the middle of their workout to answer a text. That’s not cool at all. Give yourself time for yourself. Log off and embrace that workout.

I frequently see people running when I’m running and on multiple occasions I’ve seen another person running while talking on phone. This is outrageous guys! We can all take an hour and not check our devices. Working out is my time for me. I don’t want to pick up the phone. I don’t want to answer a text! Surely whoever it is can wait kids!

Let go of being connected all the time! Take that time for you. Log off and go workout! You won’t regret it. Remember that working out is for you! We all need to do at least one thing for ourselves during the day. Make that logging off and going to workout! You will not regret it!
