Forget space and forget the original, Lifeline 2 is a whole new genre with an even better story. Young Arika is a teen mage trying to avenge her family. Sound familiar? Its got so many awesome Harry Potter parallels, yet the story is way darker and you’re directly involved.
At first I was skeptical, but Arika became my friend. Her magic became my magic and although Harry Potter taught us that the dark arts are wrong, in our world of Lifeline 2 they are your best ally. Carve a few symbols in your finger tips and rock and roll.
Never has a sequel exceeded my expectations like this game, while completely switching genres in the process. Will the third game smash our two worlds together? I hope so!
