January Survival Guide: Must have essentials

January is rocking and rolling and everyone needs a January Survival Guide!

It’s a must to make this month a wonderful start to your year, because then you’ll strive to make every month just as great! If you need a little motivation to get yourself in gear, I have some essentials that make up my January Survival Guide.

Check back at the beginning of each month for its unique guide, because every month’s different and we all need help to survive.

Fingerless Glove Mittens

FingerLessGloves- Survival guide

I’ve had a pair of these gloves for years. I’m basically always cold, no matter what climate I’m in. These are perfect for the west coast at night, east coast, midwest, where ever you may be! You’ll keep these bad boys in your bag at all times! The mitten part folds down so you can play on your phone, break out your iPad, or read a book.

Simply Simily Stainless Steel Water Bottle

SimplyWaterbottle

I always have a water bottle with me where ever I go. It’s imperative to stay hydrated and drink a lot of water. You can’t go wrong with this stainless steel water bottle, especially if your New Years resolutions include getting fit in 2015. This water bottle will keep you on track.

Moleskine Classic Notebook

MoleskineNotebook2

A great way to keep yourself on track with your goals this year is to write them down. Having a snazzy notebook with you all the time will keep your goals and progress close to you. YEAH! I have a notebook in my bag at all times and I always make notes in it.

Contigo AutoSeal Travel Tumbler

ContigoTravelMug

This coffee travel mug is the best one I’ve ever used. You can turn that bad boy upside down and it won’t spill. If your one of your resolutions is to save money, this guy will do it! Most of us waste so much money on buying coffee every day, but with this travel mug you won’t need to buy coffee! You can stay caffeinated and alert all day.

Dearfoams Women’s Fluffy Terry Cloth Slippers

DearfoamSlippers

If you’re anything like me after the holidays, you just want to just relax on the couch. But it’s winter and my feet get cold, so I break out my slippers. I have had a pair of these slippers since I was in college! I love them! My favorite is the pink, because they are loud and make me feel pretty! They are the best pair of slippers I’ve ever owned. They’ll help you relax at home and regroup at night.

George R. R. Martin – Song of Ice and Fire Book Series

songoficefireboxset

A few years ago I read this book series. It’s what the HBO TV show Game of Thrones is based on. This book series is a gem! The characters and stories will suck you in. It will definitely keep you occupied the whole year, but a warning, you might have withdrawals afterwards.

All of these great items will assist you in keeping those New Years resolutions this year! Make sure you’re armed to have a fabulous January!

January Survival Guide will keep you motivated for a solid 2015!
