What Exactly Causes It?

In most cases, burnout is due to work. Work that is repetitive, doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t give you much reward, and doesn’t allow you control can cause burnout. Many people who do repetitive jobs and deal with poor pay and ungrateful managers can end up burnt out.

Of course, there is a lot more than just work related cases. You may feel burnout from bad relationships, having little sleep, getting no help taking care of the kid or other family members; the list goes on.

Burnout can also be due to having a pessimistic, perfectionist attitude. Your personality can play a part in it too. Thankfully, no matter the cause of your burnout, there are many things you can do to change your life for the better.

What to do About it?
