Holiday Fitness Challenge | Week 1 Abs Workout | BuzzChomp

Our Holiday Fitness Challenge is here. Week 1 is our abs workout! Join us for the next 60 days.

We’ll be helping you finish the year off strong and create a fitness habit. This 8 week Holiday fitness challenge works different muscle groups each week. Week 1 is abs. This challenge starts and ends with your core.

Monday through Thursday you do one exercise and two sets. We have roll ups, reverse crunches, legs raises, and crunches. If you consistently workout, then this is an add-on to your regular workouts. But know that Friday is the big day. You do all the exercises twice through.

Remember to really engage your core each day. Take day one for example. You’re only doing 2 sets of 10 roll ups, but trust me when I say you will feel it. Don’t rush through it. Take your time.

I absolutely love fitness challenges. Saturday and Sunday are your rest days, which you will need since Friday is your toughest day. You can totally make Friday your day to only do this workout. Enjoy your rest days, but I know I will be doing additional workouts on those days!

The Holidays can get super busy. You have no excuses to not keep your workout routine going. Even if you haven’t worked out recently, this is a great workout challenge to get you refocused. You don’t have to think about what you’re doing from now through the beginning of the year.

Keep me posted on your fit mom journey.
