Health and Fitness: Sore Today, Strong Tomorrow | BuzzChomp Vlog

Our health and fitness vlog! All about sore today, strong tomorrow.

I love this and truly embrace it! First I love being sore from working out. That’s really how I know that I’ve worked my body. It’s also how I know I’m closer to my fitness goals!

Being sore makes me feel connected to my body. It also reminds me that I’m working parts of my body that I don’t normally work. I also know that the more I work those muscles the stronger I’m getting. My soreness will adapt. I’ll be able to up my reps, mileage, or weight depending on the exercise.

Sore today means that I’m going to be strong tomorrow! I will see the results that I want and I will reach my goals. I can still remember when I first started out running and how sore my thighs were but they got stronger and that soreness left! I knew I had to push myself though and run when my thighs were sore. It was hard at first but it got better and I ended up feeling great!

Remind yourself sore today, strong tomorrow! Embrace it kids and watch as your body flourishes! Your body is going to change. One day you won’t be sore in that spot anymore you’ll be sore somewhere else! The cycle is great! Sore Today, Strong Tomorrow.

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong.
