HD Arms Workout video is a bad ass fitness circuit! All exercises to failure which we love. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series.
The HD Arms workout implements my favorite style of lifting and that is to doing your set to failure. I’ve lifted like this for years and its the most efficient way for me. This is something I’ve embraced all of my fitness life and finding this HD arms workout, I knew I had to try it.
It’s also only four exercises and these four exercises are all that you need. You’ll do four reps alternating dumbbell curls, lateral raises, shoulder press, and tricep extensions. These four exercises target your bicep, triceps, back, and shoulders. It hits every muscle that you want to hit.
For the purpose of the video I did 20 reps each, but when you try this do each set to failure. The secret here is that you don’t have to do all four rounds right away. You can do these rounds throughout the day. Try doing two sets in the morning and two at night. Trust me when I say you will feel this workout and you will see the results.
Time to invest in dumbbells for at home. I use the ones that you can customize your weight and it works great for me. For the HD arms, you don’t need to do high weight and I highly recommended starting at 5 lbs. Do not do any higher than 10 lbs to start because you’ll lose the benefits of going to failure.
The HD Arms get an 8.5/10 from me because I really loved this workout, but it is only four exercises. Definitely try it out and let me know what you think of it!
