The search master has gone into banking. Credit cards that is. Google (GOOG) announced today it will offer credit cards to their AdWords advertisers.
According to Google, people weren’t spending as much on their AdWords accounts. These new cards will give advertisers incentive. With the card, they can purchase more ads but at a discount.
Very business savvy. Google has the billions to back their new venture. The cards will feature MasterCard and Google is working with Barclays Bank to manage it. I saw some low rates – 8.99% in fact. Nice. It’s been quite a month for Google. They just came out with Google Tag Manager and now this.
