I once lost a lot of weight and lost all my muscle while I was at it. I was weak. That was no fun. I had to work extremely hard to get back in shape. Then I realized it wasn’t about being skinny. It was about being fit. Be the best version of you kids!

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting you’re week of strong.
