Our Pregnancy Vlog Week 22! All about the benefits of working out and fitness while pregnant!

I’ve had a fitness obsession for a while now. It’s one of my favorite parts of the day and something that I truly value. When I got pregnant there was no way that I was not going to continue working out.

It has been the best thing ever! I’ve had such a smooth pregnancy. I haven’t put on a ton of weight and even though my workouts are different I’ve still getting a great benefit! I’ve been able to continue to run five miles daily!

The best advice I can give to anyone looking to get pregnant is to start working out now! Get fit before and you’ll be able to continue to ride that fitness wave!
