All about the Fitness Motivation! Sweat, Smile, and Repeat!

When it comes to exercise the secret is to enjoy what you’re doing. We can all find something that we enjoy doing daily. I truly enjoy the act of getting sweaty. I love it. It’s my favorite way to start the day.

Sweat, Smile, and Repeat is a great mantra! I know I keep saying it but everyone can maintain their own fitness regimen. You just have to want to do it and make the time for yourself. That’s truly the secret. No one is going to make you exercise but once you’re able to get yourself in a routine it will just become effortless!

Embrace this mantra every day you wake up! It’s truly going to revolutionize your life! You’ll wake up every morning wanting to go out there and sweat! You’ll be disappointed when you don’t get a good sweat in! You’ll crave it! It will soon just become a reflex for you! You will not even have to think about it. You will just instinctively get up and work out! I loved getting myself to that point! I now don’t even have to think about it. It’ just what I do every morning!

Exercise makes you happy! Get out there and Sweat, Smile, and Repeat!
