It’s really is true to strive for progress not perfection. No one is ever going to be perfect. We are not made like that and striving for perfection is always going to keep you striving. You’re always going to have something that you want to change and something that bothers!

Striving for progress gives you real fitness results! I truly began to see my progress when I started tracking my workouts. I had always been active with my fitness but I didn’t hold myself accountable. Tracking my progress and seeing the result made me focused and it let me see that I was making a difference in my body. I felt better and I looked better!

Striving for progress not perfection keeps me motivated! It keeps my fitness goals in check and I’m always setting new fitness goals! I love that kids! If you are always achieving goals and setting new ones you’re definitely going to keep up with your fitness! You’re going to see the results but you’re also going to be able to feel the results!
