I’ve said before not to compare yourself to others and I do embrace this, but many of us use the excuse to why not to start a fitness habit due to the face that they’re just too busy. No one is too busy to workout. Repeat that to you. If you are “too busy” then you’re spending time of things that are not worth of your time.
My point is that you shouldn’t ever be too busy to take care of yourself. When I was able to embrace this then I committed to my daily fitness habit. I made that time in my day to run and I’m so grateful that I did. Now getting my daily fitness in is just part of my day and I don’t ever question whether I’m going to do it!
It’s an amazing feeling when you realize you created a daily fitness habit and even better when you realize it wasn’t that hard. All it took was for you to carve out a little time during your day for you! It’s something that well deserve and should embrace.
Because that’s what Motivation Monday is all about starting your week off strong.
