It’s time to switch up your workout kids! You need to do it differently! It’s silly to go out and run the same running route EVERY day. That is just CRAZY and you’re body is going to get used to it and you’ll stop seeing results!

This applies to whatever workout you do. It also applies to all aspects of your life kids. You can do the same thing all the time and expect differently results. It just doesn’t work like that kids!

Do the same thing differently and watch as you see the results you’ve been working toward!
