It’s our weekly fitness motivation and it’s time to focus on happy! That’s something all of us at BuzzChomp are constantly focused on.
For me I love being happy and I always strive to be as happy as I can be! I find that when I focus on happy it aligns everything in my life. This is truly why this is the best fitness motivation because exercise releases amazing endorphins that make you happy!
The whole byproduct of working out is being happy! That’s what first made me love working out. I’d feel so amazing after I worked out and I just couldn’t get enough of that feeling after. It motivated me to continue to workout!
This is one of those fitness motivations that you can always use because I know if I’m having a bad I can go for a run and I always feel great after it! Trust me when I say this always works. I know I’ve said it before but I’ve never regretted working out and I’ve always felt so much better after getting my blood flowing.
