Fitness Motivation | Erase BUT From Vocabulary | BuzzChomp

It’s essential to erase BUT from your vocabulary! It’s imperative to your fitness success and a great fitness motivation. Part of our BuzzChomp Video Series.

 

Sometimes I am guilty of this too and I have to remind myself to erase “but” from my vocabulary. But is a stop word and it always makes question myself. I don’t even like it when I use it when I’m engaging in a fitness activity.

It definitely takes some mental strength, but erasing it from your vocab is essential for your fitness success. I used to always think but I’d really feel so much better with 30 minutes extra of sleep. Honestly, I never felt better with that extra sleep. I always felt better when I go to workout.

It’s so much easier to let go of your daily buts. When I had a but in I want to kick myself. I’m not sure why I even thought the but. Letting go of but allows you to embrace all the positives of fitness. It’s the perfect fitness motivation.

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong.
