All about the Fitness Motivation. Don’t give up what you want!
It’s so easy to get distracted in your every day life. You have long term fitness goals but your every day goals sometime get in the way. Set your priorities and stick with them! Don’t give up what you want most for what you want now.
This happens all the time with fitness goals especially in the summer. You get invited to an event, BBQ, or concert and you want to be social and have fun but then you end up putting your workouts on the back burner. Make a schedule for yourself. Decide which events you’re going to advance and work around that. Setting your schedule will help you be able to balance your long terms goals with what you want right now.
You won’t have to give up what you want most for what you want right now. If you plan ahead and are realistic this summer then you don’t have to sacrifice anything. You also won’t look back and think how you let your fitness go on the back burner! You’ll have prioritize your workouts and set aside time to be social!
Don’t give up what you want kids! You can do it all. You just have to make sure you focus on it.
