If you’ve ever embarked on any journey that anyone deems “difficult” someone has always told you that you couldn’t do it. That is the moment that I tune out to any reason and mainly the rest of the conversation. I always do it because they said I couldn’t!
During some of the hardest parts of my life I’ve always come to my fitness motivation and no matter what I continue to do it no matter what anyone says. I know a lot of people say you won’t be able to workout when you have a baby! This is the same piece of advice I got when I was pregnant. A lot of people said you won’t be able to run your whole time!
I always use the “do it because they said you couldn’t” as my fitness motivation! It’s what motivated me to keep running during my pregnancy and to get back out there so quickly after I had my baby too. I know what I can do and I know that just because someone else says I can’t do it doesn’t mean anything.
I’m one to not compare myself to others, but I don’t take it when others try to say I can’t do something. I know that I can and that is what motivates me 100% of the time! It’s the perfect motivation when you have a big milestone you want to accomplish.
Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting you’re week off strong.
