Fitness Motivation: Addicted to Results | BuzzChomp Fitness

Another week begins with Fitness Motivation. It’s all about getting addicted to results. This is a great way to keep yourself motivated, happy, and energized!

If you just started working out, then now is the time when you’ll start to see those beginning results. You’ve already felt the soreness of those the results, I promise that you’ll be addicted to them soon enough. Fitness motivation is about positive addiction.

A lot of people measure results by weight loss. This is always a bit risky, because a lot of times you’ll see results even if you’re not losing pounds. Don’t forget that muscle weighs more than fat. Believe your eyes! I went to the doctor the first week of the year and learned that I’m back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. During my post-pregnancy journey I never stressed weight at all. I’m focused on getting back to my workouts and it has paid off.

Losing weight was an unexpected result and it’s definitely motivating me to want to see more results! This happens every time we hit a new milestone. Personally, I can’t wait to see the next phase of my own results. My focus is on my abs, because even though I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight, my abs were more toned before. Now onto those new results!
