Fit Mom: Pregnancy Journey Recap | BuzzChomp Vlog

Join our Fit Mom vlog weekly! It’s all about our pregnancy journey recap!

We did it! We had our baby girl just a little over a week ago. Our weight fluctuated a bit at the end. We had been at a gain of 22 lbs, but then at our last doctor’s appointment we were back down to 19 lbs.

 

I’m determined now to get back on track. I truly just had a basketball. Our weight gain was not out of control and we are happy for that, but now we are craving getting back to our old body and getting back into shape.

I also want to use this opportunity to reach some pre-baby fitness goals! I’d love to be even fitter than I was before!

 

Every Wednesday we’ll have a new Fit Mom vlog! I’ll be tracking my post baby fitness, meals, and workouts! Join me on my new adventure as I recommit to my fitness journey!
