I can always use more motivation in my life, especially when it comes to my Fit Mom journey. Embrace your power with me. I can crush it and so can you! There’s no better Fit Mom motivation. Remember, as a mom you pushed a baby out of you. How bad ass is that? You can do anything and I know I can too! We all brought life into this world and that’s a great celebration.
The above being said means I can do anything and that’s why my Fit Mom motivation is to crush it. Spring is here, which means the snow is gone and you can really get outside. I love to hike and my plan is to get out there to hike more with my baby. This is a great way to get your fitness on and also you’ll be instilling fitness into your babe at a very young age!
Growing up, I used to watch my mom jump rope. She’d go down to the garage and jump rope for an hour. She was my first example of a Fit Mom! I loved watching her jump and when I got old enough, she bought me a jump rope and I’d go down there and jump rope too. To this day, I always have a jump rope and work it into my workouts. I hope that once my babe gets older her and I can jump together.

The secret to crushing it is to embrace the workouts you can do! That’s all we can do as Fit Moms. I know I do so much for my babe and if I let go of my workouts, I would not be me. I always remind myself to crush it and all you fit moms need to as well.
