Remember to celebrate your fitness success! It’s our Fit Mom Journey kids!

It’s easy to focus on what fitness goals you haven’t reached. I’m totally guilty of this. We all say well we still have ten more pounds to lose. But what about the weight you’ve already lost? What about your fitness success you’ve accomplished?

This is why it’s time to celebrate fitness success! This is imperative on your fit mom journey! It doesn’t matter how big or large the success is! I keep coming back to mine to make sure I’ve truly celebrated them! I got back into running just a month after having a baby, I’ve been running with my baby and there is so much more!

 

Reminding yourself of your fitness success will help you want to accomplish more. It will also help you to not get discouraged! We are our own worst enemy. Don’t focus on what you haven’t accomplished! Celebrate your fitness success!

It’s imperative to focus on your fitness success while on your Fit Mom journey. Let go of the negativity and bring in the positivity. Focusing on that positive breeds more positivity. Lets face it you need that when you’re balancing mom life, work life, and your fit life!

Stay focused, happy, and positive my fellow fit moms! Your fit mom journey should be all about those fitness successes!
