Both beginners and diehard fitness buffs like me need to dig deep. We all hit mental walls, feel super tired, or just unmotivated once in a while. That’s when you dig deep. You remember the amazing feeling of exercise and the energy rush after. Then you get out there and dominate!
Digging deep is an integral part of a fitness regime. Find exercises you love. Then find the motivation to keep at it day after day.
