Crunches get a bad rap, since people think they are a miracle exercise! They are not, but they are awesome to add into your weekly fitness routine. This is your How to Fitness, with 5 types of crunches to build one great routine. Do them on their own, or do them as a circuit!

Follow our demo of traditional crunches, bicycle crunches, sit ups, oblique crunches, and V ups. The secret to our how to fitness crunches tutorial is to truly do them slow. Don’t rush through them to be done. Make sure you accent the motion and movement. That’s how you’ll get the best results. Crunches are great when done properly!

No equipment required, just your motivation and a mat. You’ve done all of these exercises before, so go all out and feel that burn!

All five of these crunches are great to do individually, but try doing them as a circuit. Don’t rest between the exercises and start out doing it 3 times, 10-20 reps of each.
