That’s right kids! CeCe and Mary Drake were working together prior to CeCe’s death. Why would they do that you might ask because each of them were shunned by the DiLaurentis family. They both were put away in Radley and made to know like they never existed! If that doesn’t bring two crazy people together then I don’t know what does!
