Cardio Strength Workout the name says it all. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
This circuit consist of 7 exercises that perfectly spaced out. The reps on this circuit aren’t extreme which makes it easy to focus on the strength aspect of this workout. You do push ups a few times but only five reps! Make sure you do them slow to get the full benefits.
The cardio strength workout is paced very nicely. Do this a minimum of 2 times but 3 would be great. That’s really where you will see the great results. I’d recommend taking such a short rest between sets too. This adds to the cardio aspect of the workout.
I love this workout for this time of year. It’s cold outside and it’s harder to get yourself up and out in the morning. I know there are mornings that I want to stay cozy in bed but the cardio strength workout gives you no excuse to not do a workout.
It’s another circuit that you can do anywhere! We are traveling this season and this will be one that we do when we can’t get outside to run! It’s a bonus that none of these exercises are out of the ordinary. You can pick this circuit right up and you will get a great workout in!
