Beach Towel Vacation workout and review. It’s another circuit to give you no reasons to not workout. Part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
The beach towel vacation workout is 10 exercises and you do them each 15 times. I give this an 8.5/10 because you can truly do this workout at the beach. It will definitely up the intensity if you do and that is always great.
This circuit revolves around jumping jacks so you start off doing 15 jumping jacks and then you do 15 squats then 15 jumping jacks then 15 lunges (per leg) and so on. There is absolutely no equipment and once you get to the end of it definitely repeat this circuit.
Alternating between jumping jacks will make your heart race and that is great. The more times you do this circuit the better, but honestly you’re doing it on your vacation. You will feel great after you do multiple rounds of this beach towel vacation workout. After the first round you’ll definitely get into a good groove.
This circuit as a whole works your full body which is awesome. I love full body circuits especially when you want a quit workout. When I’m on vacation I definitely want approachable workouts. I can do as many rounds as I like and that will determine the intensity of this workout!
