Batman Workout to get you totally ripped. Another great at home workout that all you need is a mat and you’re ready to go! No excuses to not get ripped like Batman. Part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
A Batman workout that gets you totally ripped! I’m constantly looking for new workouts to try because devoting myself to at home workouts means constantly switching it up. Just because I do majority at home workouts doesn’t mean that I can’t be ripped like Batman! This workout lives up to its name.
A 9 exercise workout where you do each one for 10 reps and the goal is to do 10 sets or as many as you can do. It’s nice that it’s only 10 reps of each exercise because it makes it easy to remember as well as isn’t too daunting especially when you’re working toward 10 sets.
Each exercise is one I’m extremely familiar with which I love because it bodes well for my success of 10 rounds. I’m glad to see cross punch sit ups in the mix. This is an exercise that has popped up in a other circuits I’ve recently done. They are no joke so just doing 10 of them is perfect because they will get more intense the more rounds you do.
The Batman workout is a full body that will make you sore the next day. Don’t just do 2 or 3 rounds of this workout, but truly push toward 10. It’s understandable if that seems intense and I’d say work toward 5 and then push along from there.
The best part about this Batman workout is that it’s a slow burn. Slow burn workouts always give me confidence. After one round, I’m riding high and then once I get to 5 I realize just how intense this workout will be by round 10. This makes me happy and I thrive with workouts like this.
