You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to be bad ass with a great ass. All you need to do is find your fitness motivation. Find it and stick with it kids. There are so many style of workouts that you can do. We love circuits because you don’t need any equipment to do them.

Be bad ass with a great ass kids! I love this mantra. It truly is the best! Our bodies can do anything and you can do anything that you put your mind to. Remind yourself of that. I love being bad ass. Setting aside that time for you each day to workout is you being bad ass! All you need is thirty minutes a day! That’s all you need.
