Back Workout Video and Review! It’s part of our BuzzChomp Fitness series.

 

This back workout is nine exercises and three sets! The best part about it is that when you work your back you are working your core too! This is why we reviewed this back workout for our core month. I know that the back at times is something that we all avoid strengthening.

Like all of the workouts I review you can do this one anywhere, which is of course one reason why we enjoy this workout. The back workout can truly be done with limited space and that is great.

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

It introduces some exercises that I haven’t done a ton of like reverse flutter kids. You really need to engage your core to get the full benefits of reverse flutter kicks. I’d also never done groin stretches which are actually sitting crunches. You sit up and then you crunch yourself down to your groin area. These felt great, but got hard!

You end the back workout with body saws and this is another exercise that I’d never done. This culminates the back workout because you have to engage your whole body to do them. You only do four of them so really engage and do them slow.

I gave this back workout a 9/10 because when you work your back you can’t help but work your core, arms, and really get a full body workout! This is one that you all much try!
