Baby Fitness Training | My Fit Mom Journey | BuzzChomp

It’s all about the baby fitness training on my fit mom journey! Part of our BuzzChomp video series.

It’s no secret that I love to workout and I’d like to share that with my baby. I’ve talked before about how growing up I watched my mom workout and it definitely inspired me to workout. Growing up I went on bike rides with my family, my mom and dad bought rollerblades because we all wanted to rollerblade together. I want to give those memories to my babe!

For now she is still so little and just about to walk. I make sure every Sunday we go out for a long walk and I put her in her carrier. She can see the world and experience our walk. Now that the weather is nicer my hubby and I are getting back into hiking! We did this a lot when she was really young, but now she can truly experience it.

There are other easy ways to get your babe acclimated to being outside. I plan on getting a bike seat for her so we can all start biking this summer. The earlier you do these things with your kids the easier it will be to maintain your fitness journey.
