The 7 day Water Challenge was Easy!| BuzzChomp Fit Mom

The 7 day Water challenge was easy! That’s right for one week I drank a gallon of water a day. The results weren’t exactly what I expected.

 

It’s funny because I thought the 7 day Water challenge would be harder than it was. By harder I mean that I thought it’d be more difficult to drink the water. It did show my that I already do drink a lot of water, but it also showed me that I need to drink more water.

For me this water challenge reseted my water intake. It really allowed me to see that I need to be drinking more water in the morning. I consistently drank a glass of water for every cup of coffee I drink.


I definitely had really great night sleeps during my water challenge and I wasn’t expecting that. That part was really great. I was worried that I might have to pee more frequently especially at night, but I didn’t.

This water challenge is fabulous and I’m so glad that I did it. It did take some dedication, but definitely worth it. Find out all the reasons why I loved it.
