Push ups are great. They work your arms, chest and shoulders. Let’s not forget that you also work your core doing push ups. Yes, that means this is a full body workout!

You can’t go wrong with any of these push ups. We’ve got traditional, Spiderman, star, wide grip, and one legged. You can drop down on your knees for star, traditional, and one legged if necessary.

The best thing about push ups is that the more you do them, the easier they get. Even if you think Spiderman push ups are the hardest thing and you can only do one of them, don’t worry, they will get easier.

With the holidays coming up, commit to doing push ups three times a week! Try doing 10 reps of each of these exercises. It will be hard in the beginning, but if you continue now through the end of the year, these bad boys will feel easy!
