30 Day Push-Ups Challenge | Day 7 | BuzzChomp Fitness

For our fit mom journey I decided I would do 10 push ups a day for 7 days. I realized after the second day that I should really change this to a 30 Day Push-Ups Challenge. It’s part of our BuzzChomp Fitness video series.

 

I dedicated myself to working on my form. I’ve always been able to do push ups. I used to also have really good form but since having my baby I have yet to get my form back. Committing to 10 push ups a day already has helped me. I’m not rushing through these 10 push ups. I’m doing them slow and steady.

 

It is confronting to do them ever day. I do them in the morning either right when I wake up or after I go for my run. Some days I feel strong and some days I don’t. After just 7 days though I’m getting better at them. I’m craving my 10 push ups and I know that I can do more if I needed to.

The funny part is when you do push ups for form they are harder! I know I can just bang out 10 push ups but making sure I’m going as low as I can and breathing on the way up is harder. It takes less than 30 seconds to do these. It’s absolutely no time in the frame of your day.
