This workout will kick your bum! It’s jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and crunches as well as a ten minute run at the end. You start off with 10 jumping jacks and work your way down. It’s perfect for an early morning workout.
It’s a great workout to do on your vacation too. Imagine your vacationing on the beach you can do 100 reps to glory. These exercises will feel great on the beach and then you’re already at the perfect spot for your 10 minute run.
This is just another example of a workout that you can truly do anywhere. You will get a full body workout as well as a great cardio workout. If you’re looking to get into running this is also a perfect way with just a short ten minute run at the end.
