10 Min Abs workout at home! There is no excuse for you to not get ripped!
This circuit is awesome! Even though it’s called 10 min abs it’s a bit less which is actually kind of nice because there is truly no excuse for you not to do this in the morning!
I love circuits like this because the pacing of them is awesome. The exercises are also paced so nicely! The best part is that this is a whole circuit full of just crunches! No way. You do have bicycle crunches which are great but there is so much more.
This ab circuit is another reason why there is no reason why you can’t exercise daily and you can’t have the body that you want to! You don’t need any equipment to do this! You’ll be feeling the burn after this too!
