Nothing will work unless you do! Remind yourself of that. If you don’t work it then no one will. This can of course be applied to all aspects of your life but it’s especially true when it comes to your fitness.

Make sure that you truly work it this holiday season. I love taking the opportunity to workout as much as I can during the holidays. Everything is a lot slower and it’s nice to take that time for myself. Working it helps keep me grounded!

For me I’ve committed myself to working out all of Thanksgiving week. It’s my favorite week to workout. I always get a great run in early on Thanksgiving more before I put my turkey in. It’s so nice to just take that time to work it!

I will replicate that for the Christmas week too! Work it and you will reach those fitness goals. You will keep yourself sane during this holiday season!

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong.
