Your core is essential! Having a strong core will help you so much in your fitness goals! There are a myriad of ways to strengthen your core that do not lead to traditional ab work! A lot of it is just engaging your core when you’re exercises!
A favorite of mine is to embrace plank. Yes it stinks in the beginning BUT as you get used to plank it gets easier. Bare in mind that bad boy is always going to kick your bum but your core is going to get so strong!
Your core is like your brain when it comes to exercise. It drives your fitness abilities! Get at it kids!
