There are times you have to dig deep for your fitness motivation. You just want to slow down and relax. Keep going no matter what. This is a great advice! Unless you puke, faint, or die keep going. Honestly I’ve puked before right after a workout. It stinks but you get over it!
It takes a lot to get to that extreme place though in your workout. It’s most likely not going to happen therefore you have no reason not to keep going! You’ve got this. Keep going no matter matter. Just keep reminding yourself that. It will stick I promise.
You’re the only person who can motivate yourself. It comes down to just pushing past the doubt in your body. You’ve got to successfully embody your fitness success! Keep going no matter what! Hold on to that and you’ll be successful!
