Fit Mom: Tone Your Arms Ladies!

We’re three weeks postpartum and it’s all about toning your arms! That’s right be a fit mom and tone your arms ladies! I even have a routine for you.

If you’re like me and you’re rearing to get back into shape then now is a perfect time to start toning your arms. Regardless of whether you kept up with regular arm workouts or not you can easily get your arms into dynamic shape.

I’m adding my push ups and dips back in. All throughout my pregnancy I was doing 20 dips and 20 push ups. As I got farther along I dropped to my knees and did push ups on my knees. My goal for the next month is to effortless do my 20 push ups not on my knees. I used to be able to do this and I will again! Regardless of where you are with push ups and dips make this your goal and work your way up!

I had also faithfully been doing a lifting circuit prior to my pregnancy and during my pregnancy. I loved it! It was four exercises working your back, triceps, biceps, and chest. It’s super approachable. You can start by doing just five pounds and work your way up. It only calls for two reps but I plan on making my goal to be three reps. I love this lifting circuit! You will definitely see the results if you stick with it.

Regardless of whether you’re ready or not full a full hardcore workout you can totally start to get your arms back in shape now! Ease your way into it with me!

Let me know where you are at on your fit mom journey and I’ll be cheering you on!
