Fit Mom Journey: Slow Down Tips! | BuzzChomp Vlog

Our Fit Mom Journey it’s time to slow down! We have tips to take some time and slow down for you!

 

I love to workout every day and to keep myself always working out but I have been feeling tired from the summer. I went on vacation for a week and when I got back I totally needed to regroup. I was tired, my baby was tired, and even my man was tired. I took last week and slowed myself down.

Lucky for me I was in the midst of an intense 30 day challenge. Each day was like it’s own workout! I’m always doing some sort of a challenge. Once you implement a monthly challenge you’ll always have a workout scheduled.

 

For me, I definitely did a few run/walks last week. Even though I wanted to run 5 miles I stopped myself and scaled back. I needed to to slow down! There is always a way to still get a low impact workout in. It’s definitely imperative to do this on your fit mom journey!

Remember to take care of your body! Try taking a nice relaxing bath as well as meditate. These are things that you can do for you! Have your man watch your baby and take an hour for yourself ladies!

There are so many ways to slow down. It will help you in the long run on your fit mom journey! You can still slow down and workout but sometimes taking a complete day or two is even better!
