The Counterpart conspiracy officially unraveled in episode 9! There is no way we avoid a huge cliffhanger in the season finale, because every answer and every fact leads to a new question. Our characters all have their counterparts, so its fitting that every piece of this weird conspiracy has an equally likely opposing viewpoint.
What is actually going on? I break down the few facts we know, as well as the questions that MUST be answered as Counterpart season one comes to a close. Did you notice how Clare’s father was explicitly spared in the firefight in episode 9? That is no coincidence.
