The 30 Day Winter Fitness Challenge with Video Demos!

This challenge is perfect to kickstart your year! It’s three exercises: push-ups, squats, and plank. It seems pretty simple right? This is by no means simple!

It’s a true 30 day challenge in the sense that its Monday through Saturday. You’re doing the challenge every day, with Sunday as your rest day. Normally a challenge factors in rest days to the 30 days, but not this one! We’ve never done a challenge like that and it makes it so perfect!

30 day challenges are a great way to get you dedicated to your fitness. This one is perfect to motivate you and get you strong! It also creates a habit and really that’s how you’re able to stick with your fitness! That’s really why we always do a fitness challenge. It’s a constant and it allows us to always switch up our fitness goals!
